Hi Sami,

Thanks very much for dropping by the site. I do hope you find effective treatment for your apnea. Keep in mind, though, that you can only find an appropriate treatment after understanding what is causing your apnea. For some people, sleep apnea is caused by being overweight; for others, it's structural problems (for example, a blocked nasal passage, or large tongue). Your best bet is to first see your doctor and try to figure out what's causing your apnea.

Hope that helps,

Marc

Mr Marc, my osa comes once or twice a year, sometimes it disappear more than a year: respiration stops, i make consecutive efforts to take a breath, but in vain,
while i suffer smothering, finally i wake up and breathing resumes normaly, smoothly, without gasping for air. i understood that when oxygen reaching the brain decreases to a certain extent due to apnea, the brain gives signal to the body to wake up to enable to resume breathing.

so far, i did not want to undergo polysomnogram n cpap.
i earnestly hope an alternative treatment will work.

Hi Melodie,

Thanks for your question - guess I haven't made things clear!

The 7-day e-course is free. Every day I will send an email to your inbox explaining one alternative sleep apnea treatment. What costs $27 is my e-book (which comes with 6 audio interviews with people who have overcome their sleep apnea).

Hope that clears things up!

I'm confused. If it's "FREE", why does it cost $27?
